Describe the steps involved in Rapid Evolutionary Prototyping Approach as it applies to developing a Web application.

There are four vital steps involved with the repaid evolutionary prototyping approach for the developing web applications are as follows:-

1.      Identify and collection of the basic requirement including the input and output information as per user. The security is most important requirement for a web application.

2.      Development and implementation of the prototype. And this prototype includes only user interface.

3.      Feedback and suggestion from customer and end user for improvement and extra features on prototype.

4.      The improvement of the prototype is made as per the feedback and suggestion. The step 3 and 4 will iteration feedback and additional changes require for the improvement of the prototype.

By using this approach from the beginning of the development of the web application the prototype is developed as per the user requirement and after that implement or test the prototype. The prototype will improve and well standard as per the user feedback and suggestion. This process will continue until the prototype will become perfect and not win the heart of user and customers. In this way gradually the development and improvement will happen.

How is it related to agile development?
Agile development mythologies are similar with Rapid Evolutionary Approach. The most similar method is getting suggestion and feedback from customer and user to improve and extra changes on prototype. They are using iteration but agile have their own time frame. And here team member will take responsibility for tasks that deliver the functionality iteration requires.

    a.What  is meant by online community and how is it important for e-commerce?

Answer:- Online community is also know as Virtual and e-community.Where a group of people's meeting place on the internet and who interact through specific media,potentially crossing geographical and political boundaries in order to share common interests and needs.They are virtual in the sense that they exist in cyberspace and do not take up physical space.Such as Yahoo.com, facebook.com are some examples of online community.For example  facebook free social network where no one have to pay any penny to become membership.Where you can upload photos,create own profile and you can chat with the people all over the world.And if some one is far from each other.This social network make us so close and no one  feel that they are far from near one.This online community makes this world so small.

   Online community is play vital role on e-commerce.And it makes huge different on E-commerce because e-commerce is e-marketing where all business transaction is happening,such as buying and selling of products.Through online business make their market globalization and will reduction on processing cost,it will consume less time and will get market freedom.

b.Is there a common thread and a local community sense in action?

Answer:-Yahoo,facebook and some other websites are the successful online communities which win the heart of most of people in this world.There is a common thread and local community sense through creating a particular virtual social community.Here we can do most of things like shopping,ticketing,advertisement,auction,announcement,reading online books,meeting with people ,text and video chatting and so on.It is similar with our real world social community.In this virtual community there is no geographically and political boundaries to meet friend and new people.And Building friendship and share most thing new about the community.Such as in facebook any member can create their own personal account for free.Where you can create own profile,upload photos,music,video,blogs and send email and email is like real world post box.where you have own email id instead of Postal address.You can send  and receive mail with a second by click on mouse button.It won't take month or week to delivery letter as postal.This online community and internet makes very easy to everyone.Which will make everyone in this world feel like that we all one as brothers and sisters and this world is our home.from this point of view we all will build strong feel to each other and make our world peace and beautiful place to live.

Answer:-

      This website was founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994 in his garage. Amazon.com is the popular online shopping website in this IT world. This site is very successful one because it is very user-friendly where little computer knowledge customer can easily use this site. And we can get almost everything to do shopping here and which will consume less time and cheaper than others. And there is many sort of  secure payment mode such as Credit as well as debit cards namely Visa, Visa Check Cards, American Express, bank payments, Gift cards and so on. And there are exchange and refund facilities within certain time. That’s why everyone likes to do shopping online from home instead of going to shopping market and get lots of tension as well as waste of time. And today world all companies are selling their product through online such via amazon.com.So they can sale their product worldwide within a certain click.

    If you can ask about amazon.com online shopping website, everyone knows in this world. Because it is very popular and successful website as well as provide good customer service and facilities.

 The steps to purchase of a  book from Amazon.com

 1.Go to Amazon.com and you will get different categories of products and click on book categories.After that you can choose which kind of books you want such as health, IT, Literature,science and so on. Or easy to search the book by title name which easy to get it.

2. Once you found the book which you are searching for. Which displayed the Cover book and underneath details of book such as title and price of book.

3. If one wants to buy the book, a simple click on the add to cart will add the item to the shopping basket.

4. This options will show a list of related book, and if no more items are required, pressing  on the checkout button will bring to a new page to enter details. If you are a new customer, all details need to be entered otherwise, if you are a returning customer, then by just entering your email address, all the details are loaded as these were saved last time you made a purchase from Amazon.

5. By filling all the payment details on the secure server, the transaction is completed and if depending on the option chosen the book will be delivered within the specified time.

3. What happens with new emerging models like price comparison site?
Answer:-

         In this cut-throat competitive world, new technologies, model and different kind of policies are the key issues for success and how to win the heart of customer to stand in this competitive market.

   Due to competitive market, customers are always go for the compare  price of the product and services, which they will easily get by searching popular web search engines such as Google, Yahoo and so on. There are lots of sites are available.

    By doing a business through online, both customers and company get more benefit because customer get a produce and service in reasonable price without middleman and company as well get direct contact with customer and get more effective feedback to improve  their product and service.
